The app's online consultation feature allows you to consult with your primary care physician or nurse from the comfort of your home. You can also access your active electronic prescriptions, including dosages and dispensation dates, and download your treatment sheet.
If you are prescribed oral anticoagulant treatment (Sintrom), Portal del Paciente allows you to download your approved treatment sheet from your hematologist.
The app guides you through the registration process, which can be done in two ways: by visiting your local health center with a completed application form and identification documents (DNI, passport, or driver's license) or by creating your account yourself through the portal's URL using a digital certificate.
